Whenever I look, I can’t see
The giant, green and sturdy trees
Where squirrels live as one with bees.
When will I see them again, very fit?
Whenever I think of the rivers so sparkling,
As I enjoy leaning on the rock so freezing,
Oh, these memories still come back clearly.
When will I view those rivers with fishes again?
Whenever I gaze at the high mountains
I remember the way they used to be
The trees and herbs they used to have, so plain.
When will I see them well and green again?
Whenever I look at the earth,
I see brood running and hear laughs.
Loved those days when we could still breathe.
When will God bestow us another chance to live?
